The organisers requested submission of abstracts for papers concerning all areas of geothermal energy use, from very shallow systems to deep drilling and high-enthalpy elds. Both the technological and the social-economic side will be in focus.
The deadline for submitting abstracts has now passed. The authors have been informed of the decision on acceptance of their abstracts. Final papers are required by 12th April 2013. The papers will be published in the conference proceedings in electronic form.
A set of Country Updates will be included in the proceedings. These papers will require a specific format and will be organised by a dedicated group of convenors (M. Antics, R. Bertani and B. Sanner). If you are interested in contributing in this field, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The maximum poster size is 130cm high and 95cm wide. This is slightly larger than A0, so a poster of size A0 would fit well.
The poster should be easily readable from a distance of about 1m. All posters must to be in English.
Mounting material will be available on site and staff will assist you in locating your numbered poster board and setting up your poster.
Time will be allotted in the conference schedule for poster presentation. Authors should be with their posters ready to answer questions about their papers at the allotted time.
Authors are reminded that they are also required to submit a full paper, which will be distributed to congress attendees. The paper template can be found above.
